PowerSchool is performing a system upgrade, which includes a full restart. The portal may be unavailable due to an upgrade starting from 9:00 pm on Friday, June 27, until 6:00 am on Saturday, June 28. Thank you for your understanding.

| Not all children showing on Parent Portal: | If the system is not showing all your children enrolled, please contact your school for assistance, when the child is added to your account, you will receive a confirmation email when this connection is made. |
| System does not recognize your email address: | Please contact your school for assistance to verify email address. |
| You entered your username incorrectly the FIRST TIME logging in: | Please click 'Forgot Username or Password' again to get a new link. |
| Activating passwords: | Error codes on password page when trying to retrieve your password, or wait time on the password more than 5 minutes could indicate there is no email in the system, or the email is incorrect. Also check your junk mail as the email will expire in 24 hours. Please contact your school for assistance. |
