Welcome to the 2024-2025 School Year - please be aware schools are still making changes to Elementary Classes and Secondary Schedules so any information you see may be tentative.
The Annual Parent/Guardian Consent for Student Release of Information can be found in the portal under the Forms link.

| Not all children showing on Parent Portal: | If the system is not showing all your children enrolled, please contact your school for assistance, when the child is added to your account, you will receive a confirmation email when this connection is made. |
| System does not recognize your email address: | Please contact your school for assistance to verify email address. |
| You entered your username incorrectly the FIRST TIME logging in: | Please click 'Forgot Username or Password' again to get a new link. |
| Activating passwords: | Error codes on password page when trying to retrieve your password, or wait time on the password more than 5 minutes could indicate there is no email in the system, or the email is incorrect. Also check your junk mail as the email will expire in 24 hours. Please contact your school for assistance. |
